PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

At this time, Half Full Wine Co. does not offer subscription purchases or try-before-you-buy programs through this website.

From time to time, we may offer limited pre-orders for select products. If a product is offered as a pre-order, that will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout, along with any applicable timing, payment, cancellation, or refund terms.

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any product-specific terms posted at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel any pre-order due to inventory issues, compliance requirements, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a pre-order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
